hello im rob learning to grow ive read alote about indoor growing have a good pdf as well on it here my prob i have a small place for around 10 plants or so i need to yield about a pound or more i will have a small budget of 650 by my first harvest i will be upgrading anyway so i need something to start me off i want to know whats good leds but cheap i know they dont come cheap and so does the stuff but i just something to start off with if i could get cheao stuff and buy the led and be set that would be good but i have to start some where also this is the tent New-94-5-x47-3-Hydroponics-Grow-Tent-Room-Cabinet-Reflective-Water-Proof-Mylar i mean if i could still use that size but 9 plants or less and still get a good yeild that would be bad ass too also doo i need a ballast for led some people say yes some dont ive red that u do and u dont reason for having it is if u just plug it up to a wall socket u wont get the full power of it the lights will flicker but with a ballast it wont and u can dim and brighten when ever so confused but trying to get it if anyone can help me i wouldint mind that if u dont understand what im saying pm me and ill try to explain better thanks .
