I read over and over on different websites and basically this sums it up.

I smoke a ton, so the only clean urine I could get was from my sister. The catch is she had a baby 2 months ago and still takes prenatal vitamins as directed by her doctor. It was simple enough to get the urine into the bathroom for the test. I put it in a small container in a sock with a hand warmer wrapped around it and stuffed under my sack.
