leaf growth issue

hi,i just started growing and having a few problems with 2/6 plants,i tested ph it is fine,im not using nutes yet,im using a 200 watt cfl,my room has ventilation and a fan,i water evry 4 days about,i use the pot lift method,one of my plants is growing very fast and looks healthy but the leaves are well looking odd,and another plant has alternating drooping leaves one day one leaf will droop then perk back up the next day the other leaf will droop,it doesnt really make a difference if i water or not it does it all the time,so idk if its a watering problem,i used bottle water,not tap water,and was just hoping someone could give me some insight,oh i use happy frog medium btw,also ik the containers im using are not ideal,and they will be being moved asap once the roots get a little stronger

love how over 200 ppl look at this shit,and dont bother to say nothing helpful,i highly doubt out of 200 ppl not one of them was a growing vet,that had anything helpful to say
