NEED HELP ON THIS OUTDOOR PLANT

I have been growing this outside and now it's sept 24 and the buds are small still. If i bring it in at night for 12 hours of dark and put it in a closet where it is dark and turn a fan on will this be ok Then put it back outside in the morning or should i just leave it outside and let it do it's own thing till the end of oct please need advice.

You could do that, but why? Are you not getting enough hours of dark where it is now?
Be patient, and it will fill in.
Are you feeding it anything?
You might try giving it a little P and K, I did to mine, and she seems to have enjoyed it. Also enjoys the cooler nights recently, as well as real rainwater when available.

No i am not feeding it anything, this is the very first time doing this , its very cool and interesting to learn about ,
i put it in the closet because i am in Canada and the nights are already cold and i heard if it gets too cold it wont work also i heard the dark dark helps the budds .....
I know it needs to get cold to do the budding stage but, i dont know thats the reason i am in this form to find answers !!
