Hypothetically, if my roommate began growing marijuana. 2 plants. Could I get into trouble? In canada?

small fine under 200 bucks,,,keep it under 6 plants and you won't get anymore than that,,and maybe an eviction notice from your landlord,,

Do you know where I can find that on the legal constitution or whatever? Anywhere where it's a legit piece of literature that someone could hypothetically show their roommates?
