    Water and Good Nutrients

Hello, I was wondering if bottled/drinking water is good for plants. And also what are some good nutrients?

Bottled drinking water is normally ok for plants. It can start to get expensive though, depending on the grow. As far as nutes go, there are all sorts of good ones out there and they can get to be pricey. I run the Fox Farm trio along with Superthrive for my clones and veg plants. You can find all of those at your local garden/plant shop. All together about 50$ for a couple grows worth.

Thanks. Also, when do you start to use the nutrients? Can you use them when they are babies? And also, I have a room with a closet. I want to use the closet for veg and the room space for a grow tent that I have. How do I ventilate the closet for veg and I am using a T4 Flouresent lamp for lighting.

I personally start using nutes as soon as my plants are at least 3 nodes tall. Some people use them from the start and others wait till they go to flower. It all really depends on what exactly you are using and what results you want back. As far as venting the closet, there is 100 different things you can do. My suggestions is to get crafty and use what you have as long as you think it will work. Growing is all about trying new things and finding out things that work directly for you.

Distilled water is supposed to be the best. That gets pricey too if you buy it by the bottle. Some bottled water I hear is not the best for your plants as it still certain minerals or deposits that take the nutrients out of your plants. (but it is better than straight unfiltered tapwater) If you fill a jug with tapwater and let it sit for a few days the clornine will evaporate giving you that "distilled" characteristic.
Happy to say that im perfectly legal!

When you say 3nodes, what do you mean by that? I'm noticing that growing has it's own little language.....
