What's the point of cloning a hermaphrodite? A hermie will only produce another hermie whether cloned or you save her seeds.A hermie is partly male and can also fertilize any other female plant within range. I agree with the other poster and when this one is done, you might have some good smoke but get some femmed seed or natural seed (watch closely for males or hermies and pull them early). I think next year I am going to try some femmed seed since my natural seed this year, out of 10 seeds, gave me 2 hermies, 2 males, one died and that left me with 5 plants which are doing great, already harvested one and a half:-)))

Female plants grow tiny teardrop shaped flowers (calyx) with white hairs called pistils that eventually turn red or brown as the plant matures. Only females can produce seeds- and only of a male is present to pollinate it.
