Sure!
We do it all the time.
Just shake some pollen into a small paper bag.
Let it settle.
While you wait, spray the female with tap water, everywhere that you don't want seeds.
Leave a lower limb dry.
Then, very slowly, slip the bag over that lower limb, seal it around the stem and "snap" the bag with your finger.
Wait a few hours for the magic to happen.

Then, spray the paper bag with tap water and shake the limb.
That will trap and deactivate stray pollen grains.
Carefully cut, and remove the bag and spray the limb with tap water.
(Don't want seeds poppin' up everywhere, yah).

Then, wait.
