Okay, so, I've reading up quite a bit on here, and I am still nervous that I'm going to fail. Today is day 32 for me being smoke-free. I am 6' and just under 200 lbs. I've been doing P90X all summer and actually about to start my second round. Well, I took a home test on Saturday, and it had hardly any line. But, "hardly any line," is that, I have better than perfect vision, and it was difficult for me to see it. Any pointers for the last week? I may just end up using Quick Fix 5.7-1, but I'm still kind of wondering how the hell I'm still this dirty. I was a common user, but I was no Tommy Chong by any means.

Thoughts?

Well,exercising ain't gonna help,water ain't gonna help,acually,nothing is gonna flush you out any faster than pure time.there is nothing on the market that will acually flush you out.you have stopped,but you're still dirty.now you have two options,dilute and the other is substitution.if you are going to dilute drink a shitlaod of Gatorade ,not water.water dilution will cause you to fail.trust me it works.if you're gonna sub,get the whizzinator or use a hotel size bottle,get the same gender,no smoker, to pee in it for you,wrap a toe warmer around it,and then stuff it in your sock.done that too.so good luck ,hope I helped you out
