how do u tell good shit from bad

hello.. i bought a oz a long time ago.. it wus wet as hell no seeds or stems and smlled like mint or sum.. when i went to smoke it nun.. it obviously wusent weed.. but the thing is i mean im not that bad anymore.. just how can u tell good shit from bad other then the smell and the lil hairs u see? thanks

shouldn;t be too wet or 2 dry. Should be green

look to see how tightly its trimmed up and the coloration shouold not be just green. good weed comes in many different colors, potency of the smell is a key to figuring out quality, look for white buds, lots of crystals, and at least 3 colors such as white, orange and purple. or yellow red and white with a bit of green. AND MAKE SURE ITS NOT BRICK.. if you find seeds, or its real leafy and plain dont get it your wastin your money on it. find a heddi connection

no offense but if you cant tell weed from non weed.
you should be buying in such quantities or from untrusted sources.

even if you can tell weed form non weed, but still cant tell good from not so good u should be buying a whole ounce at a time.

the difference ? drying , ive seen ounces of top quality bud go sh*t because it was dried too quickly reducing strength or not enough ventilation resulting in mould, telling the difference between good and bad bought gear is experience smell can be a good indicator but ultimately smoke it see what the effect is ,use the same rules that you would apply to buying any (expensive) product a bit of common sense and caution these are drug dealers you know ah ah.keep tokin
