Maybe you should re-consider and only go across MMJ friendly states, IMHO. WA, OR, CA, AZ, Nev, Mon, CO. I'd say the South and SouthEast have the worst laws against it.

We have members here, from Florida that are either in jail or on probation and cannot come in and tell you...Not a good idea to live in Florida and need MMJ.

No matter how you get your medicine in Florida, it will be illegal, even in Alabama. Sorry, for the bad news.

On the good side..Many retirement communities in AZ and CA, that I am aware of. Or wait until after the election. IF one state legalize's and a few more get MMJ, it will be a force toward legalization, some sort of, at the least..medical nationwide use, in U.S.A.

In Oct (I think the 17th) there will be a hearing with the Nations Supreme Court to Declassify MMJ. If that happens and/or all the states with pro-MMJ issues on the ballots' pass. Seems like only a matter of time, until it is nationwide. I am not a gambling person, though. You need to weigh the risks for yourself.

I've met many Canadians here, during the winters..your best answer may be someone in Canada, as you suspect. A CANANDIAN SNOWBIRD!

btw, I think the weather and climate are much better in the South West, we tend to simply have Earthquakes.
