I was a 3 gram a day smoker for 15yrs im 5' 11 220 i quit 31 days ago so it can be done but im not going to lie it was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do ...abstinence worked for me no dilution but i did get hooked on lifting weights..lmao good luck all.
