A femenized seed that yields very heavy

Hey, does anyone know of a few feminized starins that I can use for my indoor garden that yields very heavy? I saw that OG Kush is a heavy yeilder and another one called The Ultimate. I would like to know some more strains that I can get. Thanks.

AK and Hindu Kush, the Hindu more.(But who doesn't like the AK.) Feminized suck but if its what you have to do, just start a few more than you want. They are very inconsistent yield wise.

Thanks. Why do you say that feminized suck? I thought they were the best to gurantee a good plant.

They are far more likely to be hermenized from little stress.\\

    Auto flower

Autoflowering cannabis varieties automatically switch from vegetative growth to the flowering stage with age, as opposed to the ratio of light to dark hours required with photoperiod dependent / short-day strains. Many autoflowers will be ready to harvest in less than 10 weeks from seed. Dwarf varieties can have comparatively short stature while still giving decent yield. Conversely "super autos" can take over 100 days to mature and can reach over 6 feet tall. Autoflowers are one of the fastest growing strain varieties for sale on the market today. Unfortunately, the plants are crosses from hemp rope type plants, the result is a less potent cannabis.

Damn Bloomin, you are the shiznit. How do you know all this stuff? Would you suggest that being this is my first time growing, should I use autoflowering or feminized, or what? I want this to be right on my first go around. I have no room for mistakes. Also do you think that 2 600W HPS lights is enough for 10 to 12 plants in a 12x12x8 bedroom and what would you estimate my light bill to be if this is possible? Thanks again for your input. You are a very helpful individual.

Honestly I would use clones if at all possible.

2nd choice would be seeds and make a mom. You will learn alot from that alone so you will have some experience and knowledge to back you.

I could put 9 of those lights in that space. easy, prolly more. if your looking to do 10-12 plants that is entirely possible just depends what you want for an end result. then there is also strain issues with harvests. With an india you might get 1.5 lbs per light if your good vs 3lbs for sativa. As a new guy i would expect about a pound per 600w.

As far as power Google a power calculator. Follow the instructions and you will get an exact cost based on your local rate. Where I live a 600w light would cost me about 55$ per month in grow and 40$ in flower.

My family kicked me in the ass and I managed to get a degree in school as much as I partied. So I am educated and have asked many of these same questions at some point myself. I also have some saved links and such to refer too that I know are solid, there is alot of bs out there. So I drop some good cuts in to give the answewr to the questions that come through alot.

I'm glad you find it helpful. I hope one day we do "Overgrow the Government" as Mark says. haha

Im trying to get 4 or 5 lbs. Whats the lighting deal to obtain that? How many lights and what wattage do I need to accomplish this goal?

You can get just about any breed in feminized form these days.

If you're looking for really high yields, Bomb Seeds is a very popular breeder lately - most of their seeds are available in either regular or feminized form. And, they even have an auto.

By the way, if you go the auto route, 99% of these strains are feminized as well, but you can find regular/standard autos from a few breeder. If you're looking to maximize your yields, you don't realy want an auto anyway.

You can get more information on our site if you click the link associated with the Bomb Seeds name above, but we're only shipping within the UK at this time.

If you're in a different country, the other sponsors of this site can probably help you out.

Before you make your final decision, do a little research so that you know exactly what a feminized seed is and that it doesn't absolute guarantee a female plant.
Also, you can follow certain practices with regular seeds that increase your chances of getting more females.

Overall, the yields, power, flavor, high are all the same within the same breed regardless of whether you go with a feminized or a regular seed, but there can be some big price differences although feminized seeds are getting cheaper all the time.

    Good luck!

Thanks man. I checked out your site. I was looking at The Bomb type seeds earlier today so it's funny that you old me that. I appreciate everything you have shared with me. Please let me know when you start shipping to the US and I will definitely spend some money with you guys. And thanks again.
