Bugs in the Bud

anybody had experience with weevil-like insects which seem to like nesting in maturing buds?

little buggers are quick and hide well. best I can tell they are weevils.

this is an outdoors container grow.

no weevils here but i've had green worms. you can tell their in the bud, where they're at in the bud turns brown so i pull off what they destroyed and down in the middle of the bud wrapped around the stem is a little green worm or catterpillar cutworm looking thing found about 5 on my dutch haze, but will harvest the monster soon looks way more than a pound of bud on it
