    help me

Hello, I am new to all this. I need help really fast . I diluted for a probation test by using stat royal flush and I know they will send it out for an ng.level.I have not smoked since 8/24. My question is, will a diluted test sent out to a lab still give you acurate ng. levels? I need to make sure my levels fall for this coming fridays test. They can not go up or they will think I am still using and re-voc my probation. Please, I know I should have been smarter.

If your sample tests positive for THC on the initial assay screen, the sample would then be sent to the GC/MS for the confirmation test which will give a quantitative value. The lab would still run a validity test to check the creatinine and specific gravity, and if the creatinine and S/G is below acceptable levels, the sample is ruled "diluted" and will be reported as such to your P/O.
You'd better hope your P/O doesnt take the result to mean that youve intentionally diluted in an effort to bring your ng/ml level below the cutoff thresholds -- but dont be surprised if the P/O does.

Thank you Burnt Toast. I need to ask you another question . Does dilution effect ng. levels? If I diluted on first test sent to lab and I have another coming friday, I don't want my ng. levels to increase because I didn't dilute for this one

Dilution reduces the THCA concentration present in the bladder to where the urine sample can register below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen (that is providing that the THCA concentration is not too high). However, the dilution phenomena is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine, and thus the donor is right back to square one.

A test is considered dilute when the creatinine level falls below 20 mg/dL but is testable down to 5 mg/dL. Between the range of 5-19 mg creatinine all labs follow the practice of testing and then reporting either negative dilute or positive dilute. Further, the measured level of THC (nanograms) can be measured in ratio to creatinine. This is called normalizing the sample. I'm assuming you are being monitored by THC concentration with the expectation of declining values? If so, the lab should be using the ratio but not necessarily so. If they are then the dilution has very little effect on the test.

Man, I was on probation for 15 months in a hard ass hick county here in TX. I tell you what, the best thing to do while you are on probation is just to stop smoking all together. It isn't worth the possibility of getting caught using, being called up for a random drug test, or even worse getting thrown in jail. I smoked all 15 months while on probation, and looking back on it all, it just made me have restless nights leading up to the test and staying up all night the night before drinking coffee and water just to dilute my piss enough to pass their test. I ended up getting off early though, but the best thing is just to not smoke while on papers.

If they are testing you for declining values does that mean that you can have a couple positives as long as the levels of THC are going down, showing that you have quit using ?
