Looks like all males to me, sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Males have 'balls', females have 'hairs'. A hermied female can have both.

thats what I thought. How long should I let these go then. to use the seed for my next planting. Or should i just by seeds any suggestions?
This was my first attempt at growing outdoors and all natural. No fertilizer and just planted in my flower garden .

Any one have any thoughts on how long I should let these go before I take the seeds off and try indoors over the winter? Is it worth while or should I just buy seeds....
Any help or thoughts are truly appreciated  cheers

Well you won't be getting any seeds without a female present, the male just pollinates the female, which in turn creates seeds. Based on that I would chop em whenever. If you're going indoors, just buy whatever seeds you like.
