I'm hydro not soil but I can tell you , you need to learn way more about watering. My soil buddy says waterings should be twice the amount of the container so as to completely saturate the soil and help wash out contaminates.
By only wateing a 1/2 gallon you may think it's wet and it is on top but very dry deep down where the roots need it most it's not. fertilizing maybe the same only localized on top and not deep down.

    just a thought.

You are in the height of the ants food uptake. Feeding once a week is not enough. I feed every other day. I use J Arthur Bowers john innes no2, probably not as many nutes as fox farm, but at this stage the girls will have drained every bit of nutes from the soil. There is nothing wrong with room temp, imo. Just up the feed rate, not the amount you put in one feed as one feed a week is not enough you need at least 2 or 3 times a week.

I think watering equivalent of twice the size of the pot is way way to much. I used 11ltr pots and putting 22ltrs of water on to them is way over top. I feed/water slowly to give the water chance to soak thru, I stop once I see water coming out of bottom of pot, usually about 20% to 25% run off. The idea is if you have water coming from bottom of pot then the medium is full. If you are watering and you never see any run off, then eventually you will get dry pockets in the soil and these can be very hard to 're wet.
