    What is wrong here? is this normal

    [attachment=o286417][attachment=o286418]

    Both of theys plants sprouted the same day, one is a Kushage and the other a hawiian snow the smaller one is the hawiian snow.
    My questions are does this look big enough for 9 days of growing or should they be a little bigger?
    Why is the hawiian snow so small and the leafs are kinda deformed the first serated leaf on one side split to make two and it is growing way slow
    i do not no if it is dead or if i should pull it since it is probably a runt. also they are planted in miracle grow under a 250 watt MH 18 on 6 off which has only been on them
    for two days , before that i hat a cfl and two flos with a heating pad under them. any info would be great or any advice
    and thank you in advance for your help I appreciate it.

    That looks about right. The Kush, being predominantly Indica, will grow and bulk up much faster than the Hawaiian Snow, which is a very stretchy, stringy, very thin leaved Sativa (I have one in my closet right now). Anyway, for 9 days old, those babies ain't too bad... and I like the black tape idea, but it's really just extra work because there isn't enough light getting through the styrofoam to affect the root growth of the plant (especially since you'll be transplanting it into a bigger container fairly soon anyway, right).

    Thanks for the advice, Also today i noticed on the Kushage that a couple of the leaves sides are kinda curled, is this a bad thing? Is it a heat problem? the temp at plant level is 80 Degrees also I have a 4" fan
    about 3 feet away blowing on them. any advice would be helpful and thanks again.
