    can you transplant a plant when its 9 days old?

    i have a 9 or 10 day old plant from when the seed went into soil. stopped growing at 3 inches high. generally i know u transplant once u can see the roots at the bottom of the pot or when u know the roots need more space. but what time does this usually happen? say in a small pot do u find u generally transplant when ur plant is 2 weeks old or 1 month etc?

    Wait till the plant is at least 7 inch and has multipule nodes sites then go to a gallon at least but if u transplant to soon u risk damaging the roots u do have!
    A Good rule to tell if u need to transplant is if ur having to water alot more then normally and the soil really doesnt want to except any water...

    can you transplant a plant when its 9 days old?

    I had to transplant mine really early on, it was about 2 weeks old. I would have to water my plant more and more as the soil wasn't the best at draining off. I put it in a 1 gallon container with fox farm and I haven't had to water it in 4 days now. I could tell I was having sign's of over watering as my leaf tips were curling downwards, now she is doing just fine, you can tell how much more turgor pressure it has, no more wilting.
