What kind of flat white paint

Was just wondering what kind of flat white paint is better for example I used flat white satin on my walls. What about using eggshell,semigloss, or high gloss flat white paint? Does it really make a difference. Just one of those random things I think about when high I know why they call a couch a couch but a love seat I can't sit on that motherf#%*er unles I'm in love hahaha (Katt Williams)

Straight white. The whiter the more the light will be reflected back onto the plants.
