Is my plant growing slowly!

Hi
My plant has been growing for 6 weeks and she is only 6 inch tall!
Im using 2 CLF bulbs that are 48 wats= 240 Wats for a 18 hours on and 6 off. Is this method correct and why is my plant taking his time?

Ya man greenfingaz is rite ya need more lights.. im using 5 x 26watt equivlant to 130watt each.. my plants are in week 5 of flower yesterday there are 7 weeks old in total as i only veged for two weeks.. heres a few pics....[attachment=o286202][attachment=o286203][attachment=o286204] happy growing

Also, your light is 3000k (Warm white) try to get ~3-5 more lights and get half warm white and half Bright White (6500k) So you get all the range of light you r plant needs! (Buds like lower numbers, where veg likes higher ones!)

I use 40W which I pay around 11$ each at the hardware store =D I get 1-2 everynow and then, also make sure that your lights arent too far away, I keep my 40w (150 Inca) ~3-5 inches away. As long as the plants arent getting heat, you're good. I have a regular 20$ fan blowing on them, making them cool off A LOT!
