Two of four remaining plants' leaves turning yellow and burning tips, please help!

    Hi all,
Total noob here hoping there's someone out there that can help me with a little dilema I'm having with my first ever outdoor crop, of five.
I started these "M17" (apparently its an indica/sativa cross with an early maturity) seeds indoors and put them in the ground in a mixture multiple types of manures and seaweed etc. around the end of May, near the full moon (any relevance, heard there was some, would love to hear more). I originally watered quite often until an inherent advanced grower came by and told me that I was watering them too much! He told me to water and fertilise once a week.. I did that for a couple weeks; the smallest plant almost turned completely yellow, had burnt tips and 80% of pistils turned reddish-brown and I pulled it, dried and smoked some, pretty tasty; now the plant next to it is turning yellow, burning at the tips and looks like it's next to come up; the plant next to that one has the same affliction but in earlier stages; the two other plants look very fit and sexy still..
Am I just being paranoid or is there a newt deficiency? I've been fertilizing once a week with an organic flowering type (15-30-15).
If you have a moment and some expertise in this area, will you please have a look at my pics and let me know if there's anything I can do?
    Thanks!
    W

PS. This "expert" type guy also told me that when they start budding, to clip all the fan leaves. He said it would transfer all the energy into the buds! I just read and confirmed my suspicion that the leaves and what help the buds to grow!! Again, any help on the matter will be greatly appreciated.

Nute burn or defficiency, couldn't tell exactly =(Burning tips are sometimes normal but it seems excessive on your plant =/

Could be a lack of nutes since your only watering once a week. and watever ya do dont cut off any fan leaves there are like solar panals for your plants they also produce alot of nutrients the plant needs to grow.. only remove dead leaves or ones that are ready too fall off...

Thank you very much! I will never cut another fan leaf!! So help me Cannabis!!!
How often should I be watering them?
I watered w nutes (2L+2tbsps of the 15-30-15) last night, today its very droopy. I'll take more pics and rotate them too so they aren't such head-turners.

its just a guss man could be one of several things that are wronng.. if its drooping man ya could be overwatering it alrite..you also have seaweed and manure in the soil so the plant could be over feed...cut back on the nuts.. how dry dose the soil get wer ya live? dose it rain much?? also just because the hairs are turning reddish, brown dosent mean the plant is ready for harvest you will have to cheque the tricomes for maturity and peak ripeness.. its just a guss man im sure there is other people on this site with more experience than myself that can help ya out!!

I had been letting the plants get water and nutes once a week for a few weeks. Lately we've had a week straight of rain. However, I'm very curious why the two of them are wilting and the other two are doing a lot better (still not as great as they could have been.. apparently I should have clipped it at the beginning to get 3 heads instead of one)

Here are the latest pics I took this morning.

Yo dude those plants in the back look good.. how can this be are they all gettin same feed?? if it rains alot dont water plants until the soil drys out.. if you top the plant you will get two main colias instead of one but this should only be done in the veg stage not the flowering stage.... since you have seaweed and manure in the soil this could be causing the problem but im not sure.. these could be overfeeding your plant.. hopefully someone else here with more experience than myself can help ya out..
