Yes it is a female as it as little hairs the auto thing, i am not to sure about as he did have one out side and one inside, and don't know which one he gave me he was a old bloke, the pot is a medium size i would say, i was going to start doing the 12/12 lighting to night, it is in a closet with the light as for the timer i have will been turning them off by the wall how many lights do i need ??
