1. B2 or B12, I have both so I just plan on taking both and seeing what happens.

2. Creatine - I purchased Amplified Creatine 189 is this the right stuff? Each serving I guess is 1250 mg, how much should I take

For subbing: Using the urinator I planned on putting it between my legs is there a better way to hide it? I got the fruit of the looms and everything and just tried a walking around test while shopping and it wouldn't stay put so tighter underwear or maybe ace bandage or tape it in place? I appreciate any input of course.
