Anxiety/panic attacks. Ive had that shit happen before, it sucks more than anything, and it's basically a big ass headache, neck ache, back ache, heart's going 300 BPM, all that shit. I don't know if you get any of those but if you throw up that could be another symptom.

Im cool now but I still get that headachy feeling a lot from smoking mad bong rips - one of the reasons I like blunts. They get me higher (although I usually put a gram or so in a blunt whereas i put maybe a half g in a bowl) and I just get a mellow body buzz instead of that intense shit.

Then again before spring break I came up on some REAL blueberry and nothing beats throwing some ice and cold ass water in the water pipe and blazing a bowl of that... hell, even 2 hits, me and my brother did that and were both off our fuckin rocker for about 3 hours.
