This is a severe case of over watering right?

Doing the hempy bucket method with perlite/coco mix and perlite at the bottom.

They usually need water ~every 2 days. I watered about 2 days ago but kept the light off longer than normal 1 day to let a hot shot strip to be used. Watered last night before turning the lights on again and this is what I woke up to today. It seems like its about half the plants that look like this

If you fill out a troubleshooting form you will get better answers. People need to know what all you have done to these plants. They need to know your setup, water ph, temp, feedings, and things to that nature. The more info you supply the better answer you will get. There's a lot of knowledge lurking around so im sure someone will be able to help ya out. Good luck

I apologize. Im a semi experienced grower so Im 99% sure I over watered and just wanted some confirmation

To be more exact theyre in hempy buckets (this system is new to me I did ebb and flow before this) with 2" perlite at the bottom and ~50/50 coco perlite mix on top (probably higher on the coco if anything). The plants are under 400 watt metal halides with a 24 hour cycle. I got some new plants from a fellow grower that had a spidermite infection which I thought I took care of but I noticed a small infection on surrounding plants. To combat it I turned the lights off for 24 hours stopped all airflow in the room an used hot shot strips (this was 1 day after watering). I neemed the plants, watered like I normally would (which I think was my mistake because of the 24 hour no light/air flow) and turned the lights back on when the neem dried. Woke up this morning and thats what the majority of the ones I watered fully looked like (I have some in hempy buckets that Im not filling to the brim yet due to the roots not being established and they looked fine)

I water at 6 - 6.2 every 2-3 days with CNs17, liquid karma, silica blast and root tonic

    Hope this helps
