First time HELP! How often should I water and should I bring the plants in at night?

Hey guys, so this is my first time growing. I have four seedlings going now. But I live in Southern California and am thinking, should I bring the plants in at night or should I leave them outside? I wake up relatively early (8 am) so I would be putting them outside around then. Please someone help, I want this to be as successful as possible. Also when should I be watering them at this stage? I was told when they hadn't sprouted yet that I should soak once a day but now that they've sprouted, how often should I water them? Thanks in advance and any other information about absolutely anything would be much appreciated. Please take a look at the pix and tell me what you think. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

Its a little late to be starting an outdoor grow now. You may have to give them some extra light till they get ready to flower. The temp outside will be fine as long as you're not at higher elevations. They won't require much water yet, just keep the soil damp. Cannabis has to be able to absorb oxygen through there roots so be careful about overwatering. Don't add any nutes till they're a foot tall or so.

Awesome thanks for the info. One more question. I have 4ft 60watt fluorescent tube lights in my garage, should I maybe put the plants in there at night with the lights on. Will that help at all? the walls are already white but if it makes sense I can put the tinfoil over the walls. Thanks for the info

You'll need better lights than that to keep them healthy and to make them flower. If you go flouro then T5's are a good choice. If you decide to get some T5's I think I would just grow them in your garage this year and get an earlier start next year.

You'll have to start reading some of the threads here for most of the growing. Just put them in a couple of 3 gallon pots and water them every few days. Nutes can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. I would start out simple at first till you learn to see symptoms of problems like overwatering and underwatering. Usually the easiest way is to lift the planter when dry and then lift it when its wet and you'll be able to tell when to water. If you've used one of the store bought potting soils you maybe fine without adding any nutrients this first grow. With T5's keep the lights close to the plant tops for best results and keep a fan on them ecspecially when they are in heavy budding. They can rot very easily if a fan isn't kept on them.
