Dilution without creatine.
Hey all, I was just curious if anyone has had any luck passing a UA without taking creatine. I expected to have a full week to clean out my system for my drug test but the letter they sent me got lost in the mail and so I had a little more then 48 hours notice that I would have to pass a UA. The last time I smoked was 2 days ago and I have to take my UA by tomorrow afternoon. So far I've purchased 2500 MG B-12 vitamins (which I took two of about an hour ago) some tums to take in the morning and 3 gatorades that I'll be waking up early and drinking tomorrow before I have to take my UA. My question is that if I eat a pasta dish wish some red meat(sausage) will that be enough to keep my creatine levels at a semi-normal rate? I've thought about telling them that I was a vegetarian because I've heard that will cause you to have a lower creatine level but I've never had to take a UA before. I don't want to make myself look worse by diluting and not getting away with it so should I even bother trying to dilute without the creatine? Thanks in advance.

Therefore, any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.
BTW, the proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin), not B12. However, with creatinine and specific gravity checks being lab SOP in recent years, color became the least aspect in determining an overdiluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still exhibit unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine readings.
The last time I smoked was 2 days ago
And how important is it for you to pass this U/A and what are the consequences should you not pass?
