Dilution without creatine.
Nope. Especially since your U/A is scheduled for tomorrow. It takes 2-3 days for the body to convert creatine into creatinine in order for it to be present in the urine. Creatinine is the end waste product that is tested for in determining an overly-diluted urine sample. My question is that if I eat a pasta dish wish some red meat(sausage) will that be enough to keep my creatine levels at a semi-normal rate?
Therefore, any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.
BTW, the proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin), not B12. However, with creatinine and specific gravity checks being lab SOP in recent years, color became the least aspect in determining an overdiluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still exhibit unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine readings.
How much did youve smoked and what is your overall smoking history? The last time I smoked was 2 days ago
And how important is it for you to pass this U/A and what are the consequences should you not pass?
