Therefore, any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.

BTW, the proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin), not B12. However, with creatinine and specific gravity checks being lab SOP in recent years, color became the least aspect in determining an overdiluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still exhibit unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine readings.

Thanks for the fast reply. And that sucks about the vitamins, I read in a couple threads that it didn't matter what kind of vitamin B you bought, must have gotten some misinformation. And I smoked maybe a gram of nugs over the last week and a half, maybe half of a bowl 2 days ago. I've toned down my smoking quite a bit over the last month but prior to that I was stoned pretty much 24/7 for like 3 years. As far as the consequences to it I won't know for sure until I talk to my lawyer in the morning. My diversion just started on July 20th and I'm not 100% if it's still accurate but my lawyer told me I should be okay if I piss dirty on my first UA, but obviously i'd like to avoid pissing dirty if possible (which may not be an option at this point.) I plan on contacting my lawyer in the morning and seeing what he says and if all else fails I'll just tell them I stopped smoking as soon as my diversion started (which could still cause me to piss dirty since that was like 2 weeks ago)
