Would smoking in lower quantities keep my tolerance in check, or is there anything like exercise I can do to help keep my tolerance low? Or is it inherently hopeless to want to smoke everyday and still get great intense highs?

Also, if I were to take a week or two off, would my tolerance just rapidly build itself back up and render my tolerance break pointless?
You'll always build up tolerance. Smoke less and it just takes longer is all. Its just the nature of any substance you use. I get tired of cheetos once in a while too.lol Even got burned out on coffee.
And changing strains once in a while can help too. Switch between some indicas and sativas every couple of weeks.

I've been smoking pot for about 3 years now. When I first started it was whenever I would get together with my friends, which would be like once or twice a week. After about a year we started meeting more frequently and smoking more frequently too (like 3 or 4 times a week). About five months ago I got my own pipe and ever since then I've been smoking almost every day, any chance I get Rating: 5
