Can someone living out of state be named a caregiver for patients in RI?
Looking to become a caregiver, thought I read something about if the caregiver lived out of state.... I live near the RI border in MA.

Absolutely NOT! Not even remotely possible (LEGALLY). Now, however if "outside" of the law, well, i can't "advise" you there!
