In my research it appears that the MRO is required under Federal guidelines to contact me before they release any info on a non-negative result to the company. Can anyone confirm that?
Not necessarily so. The party that is paying for the test actually gets first dibs on the test results. When an MRO does notify you of the results, the likelihood of the employer already having the results is very high.
