hey guys, here is a pic of my problem
[attachment=o285718]
from the pics and guides ive seen, it slightly resembles a zinc def BUT my gut tells me this isint correct.
What makes me think this is something other than zinc, is that this is happening to 3 of my plants out of 4, the fourth one being the only one i did not flush with my well water, so i think that might have something to do with it
also, i am using CFL's, and only had 2 42 watt bulbs in a cabinet with 3 plants (4th plant has been separate entire grow until last night) and have a feeling this may be a symptom of not enough light, or since the plants pretty much used up all the space that they were in since i seperated them, this could have shown strees for the plants having nowhere to grow
this is happening on the bottom new growth and the top of the plant shows no sign of this on the topmost new growth
i have acidic soil 5.5-6.0 and i water with 6.8-7.2 to make up for this as to not lock out phosphorous at 6.5 and lower.
your thoughts?
