Clarification of Drug Test thresholds

Wow! Would that mean you can smoke here and there and not be scared? ;-) I want to work there!

I start Friday, they are a nationwide co. I figure I could partake on the weekends and be relatively safe if I workout every other day. When I was using everyday (1g/d) and not exercising I tested myself once and paid for it. I was in the 250 ng/mL range.
