MEH I'M lazy and I'm just gonna keep doing the following...It's working. I'm only dosing once a day so I don't really need the caps. I'm doing this a single dose at a time. I think that if I made a large batch that straining would be possible but with such a low volume of oil and bud the loss of materials is too great.

MATERIALS
-nugs
-oven safe dish
-coconut oil
-soy lecithin
-tin foil

DIRECTIONS

1-Grind bud, remove stems and leaves. Aim for the amount you use in to smoke a personal...about .4
2-Put this in a oven safe container (I used a pampered chef 1cup dish), cover with foil.
3-Put in a preheated oven at 220 for 30 mins.
4a-Let cool, I put in freezer.
****OPTIONAL4b-NUKE 10 seconds (optional based on look and feel of bud, aim for slightly browned and a dry/crispy to touch)****OPTIONAL
5-Add coconut oil and soy lecithin..make sure bud is covered with oil.
6-Cover with foil, put in a preheated oven at 320 for 22 mins.
7-Turn off oven and let the dish sit in there till its cool to touch. (if you don't have time just put in freezer or fridge.)
8-Don't strain, Add something to the dish to eat...I used chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding but those didn't mask the taste (which is not awful). I used cherry yogurt today and it tasted fantastic. EAT CHEW YUM YUM

I've been smoking MJ for 20 years...since I've started eating I don't smoke..haven't for a week. I was going through 3g a day smoking. I'm down to about .4g a day.

I tried this with about .5 maybe .6 and it was far to potent, had to sleep.
