Yeah its not totally lame though, there are provisions in the regs in support of the employees but Alaska is a "right to work" state and they can terminate you at will without a reason and I signed a statement I read understood and will fallow their policies, but it pays great, excellent Benifits and quarterly bonuses so I'm just trying to cover myself as best I can, I could always get a state job, they don't UA those bastards lol

Synthetic VS Real Thanks for this forum, I have learned a lot so far, my question: For my pre-employment test I used Magnum Sythetic urine after talking with the local headship guy, I live in a SMALL town, he said there was one person at the testing facility who has caught a couple people using synthetic by actually smelling the samples, fortunately when I took my test I got someone else and did pass.
