Yeah its not totally lame though, there are provisions in the regs in support of the employees but Alaska is a "right to work" state and they can terminate you at will without a reason and I signed a statement I read understood and will fallow their policies, but it pays great, excellent Benifits and quarterly bonuses so I'm just trying to cover myself as best I can, I could always get a state job, they don't UA those bastards lol
