I have seen mylar or somthing close to it at lowes.You want at least a gallon of dirt per foot hieght of plant. Spring water is fine . tap is ok if you have a well . city tap water sucks . there is chlorine in it.plus other chemicals. germinate in a wash clothe in a dark warm place . Keep it damp. It is good if you have a spare bedroom that you could grow in. But most people do a closet or make a box of some type. example a 4x4 area enclosed with white panel board. Use floro shop lights around the sides with an 600-1000 watt hps . i done ten plants in a 4x4 and got about 5 pounds.They were clones and all females. cloning is not my thing i have done it .
