Look to be root bound. Only put one plant per pot. Cannabis needs room for its roots. It has to get oxygen to the roots or they die. Thats why you have to be careful about overwatering too.

Ok.. Koo. Can I replant without killing them?

You're going to have some damage because the roots will be entertwined. You might just try transfering them to a larger pot. Or you could just chop one plant in each pot but you will still probaby end up with root problems. I think I would just go with putting them in bigger pots this time and remember not to put more than one plant in a pot next time.
