One more thing, if you have serious sleep problems - as in without weed, you have extreme insomnia, it might be time to see a doc.
Lack of sleep is terrible for both your mental & physical health. If nothing else, stay away from anything stimulating, even soft drinks, and think about some other natural things to help you sleep. I'd offer more advice, but it's against the rules.
