what can cause me to freak out when smoking?

hello there.like yous can see by the title iv a serious problem =( been smokin cannabis loong as i can remember tho id say that in last 2 months i cant handle the smoke anymore.im geting freaked out, extremly paranoid and quit strong pain in my chest. Id say that i probaly stoped smoking pipes week after it started happening and i only sticked with joints but now its so bad that i can only smoke hash and im eaven strugling with that..like is there any reason why its happening or anybody has any idea what might cause that.? Im been stressed out big time now in last 5months or so ova personal life and i really need da get that sorted cos weed is only thing what can camn me down and but me da sleep =( please help.

Could be a new strain. Some people have a hard time with sativas. Increased anxiety and such. I would try some different strains and see if it gets better.

Agree with PP - if you can, try to find an Indica - although most hash is made with Indica.

Maybe you've got yourself so nervous about freaking out, that it's kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy now?

I don't think that going from a pipe to a joint should make that much of a difference - it's probably just what you're smoking.

Paranoia is an awful feeling and the chest pains sound like panic attacks - you have my sympathies.

One more thing, if you have serious sleep problems - as in without weed, you have extreme insomnia, it might be time to see a doc.
Lack of sleep is terrible for both your mental & physical health. If nothing else, stay away from anything stimulating, even soft drinks, and think about some other natural things to help you sleep. I'd offer more advice, but it's against the rules.

thnx for all da advice there..i think it was what i was smoking. I got some stuff of there one of my mates and its grand..i think he said its bluberry and big bud hy
brid or smthng..l bt anyways i can lay down on sofa again watch teli and have a few joints.. And relax =)

wrong Strain for you! Big difference between strains; Sativa/Indica; some are at 6% THC, some as high as 22%! Huge difference. Also You're doing TOO much at one time;
be frugal, economic. It's not a contest of how much you can smoke. rather what helps you! Seek out INFORMATION about The Strain!!!

sup there,and thnx 4de comment but i wouldnt say that de smoke i had ,had anithing da do with de strain..im quit sure nw that it was laced with some nasty stuff..it happens if ya get it off de people ya dnt really knw..times are bad here in ireland and its hard da get good stuff..cnt grow anything at home nu more cos branch likes da spin about my gaf .=( pain in da arse they are.but yeah anyways..last few days are been great,chilled.lol and if anybody here is living around co louth and wouldnt mind sorting me out time da time then just send me a p message..i wount mind paying for 4 good clean stuff..(i hope it isnt against the forum rules to post that,i still havent got around to read them.lol )
