Lessons learned on my first indoor grow

    First, here's what I did.
    4x8x7 grow tent
    600W HPS light 18-6 for 4 weeks, 12-12 for 6 weeks
    10 plants, 4 strains, 1 gallon pots
Water every other day Mirical grow every other watering

Next I'll tell you I am satisfied with the results not sure of yeild yet (still drying)

    Now what I did wrong:
I used marble chips for drainage, PH was way too high from chips and found them unnessasary
I rushed it ... I was out of weed and wanted a batch Fast: so this time I'll go at least 6 weeks in veg
I needed bigger pots: when I harvested I realized how root bound they were
I needed to top or FIM: not all flowers are the same the ones on top are so much bigger
I grew too many plants for my space I think as bushy these were 6 would be the right number
I also screwed up making clones only about 1/2 of them survived: bought some razor blades and new cloning powder

I'll start my new grow log on Monday ( have a golf tournament this weekend)
I have already got some plants 18" tall from my clone room and I have more plants then the room will support but there is still the wide outdoors I can use

    Good information thanks!
"Root-bound" TOO small containers is something we all learn or suffer stunting without a doubt.
"Miracle Grow"? Well not bad, however a much better choice "could be"; "OneNess" by Humboldt Nutrients! Prevents a bunch of problems!
I'd rather "Feed/water" rather than just H2O, and once/twice daily (only if measured and NOT overwatered)..
