Well first of all u don't need to be adding any nutes or feeds at all this early in to the satyrs of life. And those look like signs of overwatering how often do you water your plants? I water my plants every 3time to 4 days indoor and every day outdoors but temps hit up to 100babe here

I always reach the stage of the seedling has first or second true leaves. I have tried many soil mix including Hydrponics but every time its the same they die.
