And both of them came out negative. So since i didn't hear anything from anyone at my job Friday i am pretty sure i am in the clear. If it had come out positive at the lab a MRO Would have received my screening for further test. Not the DOT.
If you popped positive you wouldn't be working at that new job. They are not supposed to allow to even work that job till the results come back. They can get there asses sued for not following DOT protocol. It sounds like you're in good shape unless the company is just run by idiots in the HR department.
I once had a DOT job where it was 6 months before they did the pre employement test.lol
