New guy in Sanford, FL

Hey,

Guys I just moved down here to FL from GA to do some contract work in Sanford area for 6 months to a year and looking to make some new friends since I don't know anyone in my area. I can't ask my co workers if they smoke because most are older and uptight if you know what I mean. Plus, being new it will take a few months to knwo who to trust in the workplace. I was hoping some of the locals could tell me some of the cool spots to hang out with people like me.lol There's a small chance I may move down here but who knows.

I'm planning to grow my first few plants which is what led me to this board. What a wealth of knowleadge. I never knew growing was so high tech with all the cloning, hydroponics, and stuff I've skimmed over so far. Let the reading begin. I figured I'd order my seeds now and by the time they get here in a week or two, I should be a growing expert after reading everything on the board.lol

The weekend is coming up can anyone tell some cool places to hang out in Orlando? I don't want to sit in my apartment and stare at the walls again please. I ordered my seeds but still have a week or two until they get here. Anyone play in a band that wants to jam? I've been playing electric guitar for a few years if anyone wants to jam. It sucks being a new guy in town. Hey, I'll even buy lunch just to chat. Most of my coworkers have families and busy on the weekends. Shot me a PM. ANyone?????
