drouping and yellow turning leaves HELP

Hello every1 my 2 plants are not looking to good they have been pretty good up until this moment the only two things that I could think of that might not be correct is the ph level is quite high around 7.5 so I'm now using kettle water hoping the limescale in the kettle will help bring it bk down, just something I saw on YouTube might b wrong might b right but that's y I'm asking. And the other thing is tge air flow it has been ok up until now but they are getting bigger now.
The leaves have started to droupe all over and in places have started to go yellow, they are at 73 degrees with 125w cfl lamp watered every other day with about just under a pint each.

Yellowing leaves generally means ph issues, im not sure why you haven't invested in a ph control kit. One of the more basic tools needed throughout the process. General rule is to keep the ph in soil between 6.1-6.5 conservatively..
