If you don't want the high, then mj's not the kind of pain killer you are looking for. I wouldn't reccomend it for helping you out at work, or anything like that... but if you smoke a joint after work while you watch tv, your pain will definately be gone, or at least forgotten. Marijuana is a safe and natual remmedy for almost anything, I think. It's an amazing experience for your mind.

You say you don't want the high. I say the high is what makes the pain go away. If you've never been high before then you're in for an interesting experience. I say that because you can't really accurately imagine what being high is like until you are there. Anyone agree?

I am just after some views here...i have suffered with back pain (nerve root) for 4-5 years, i have been on Diazapam/baclofen for most of this time to help ease the pain but it just returns and cannabis has been mentioned as a possible pain reliever.
