Nobody can answer this. That all depends on what your "baseline" creatinine level was before you started loading - and youre not going to know this without testing yourself with a validity test kit.

When utilizing dilution techniques its a good idea to have some validity test kits at hand, so you can monitor your creatinine and SG readings before and after loading. These test kits are inexpensive and can be found by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".

The proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin) not B12. However, it must be understood that with creatinine and SG checks being lab SOP in recent years, sample color became the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color can still register unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine readings.
