Urine test in 4 hours

Hey guys,

I have read previous questions about similar situations, but would like to ask specifically about my own in order to put my mind at ease.

Ill give you some details.

Im pretty skinny and in excellent overall shape. 5'7 140 pounds.
I Drink tons of water and exercise regularly.
Ive smoked twice in the last month, (Both times no more than a single large hit & most recently 5 days ago) and ate a single brownie about 3 weeks ago. Other than that I have no marijuana history whatsoever.

I was given half a bottle of a product called Vale Detox Original Formula to help me along but I know very little about it.

There is plenty of information about this on the web, but I don't know how much of it is reliable. Like I said, I would just like some info on my specific situation to reassure myself.

For the most effective means of reassurance, pick up some THC test kits and test yourself. Be sure to use the first urination of the day.

Dump the magic detox potion. The efficacy of magic potions have been addressed many times throughout the DT forum. Do a forum search, using the terms "detox products scam dilution"

Drinking a bunch of water in the days or weeks before a U/A is of no help. To find out why, do a Forum Search with the terms "water soluble"
